سند عددسازی در اعلام آرای انتخابات ریاست جمهوری

پس از آنکه وزارت کشور آقای احمدی نژاد اقدام به انتشار ریز آمار صندوقهای رای نمودند برای اینجانب واضح بود که به زودی با مشکلات زیادی در عددسازی های خود برخورد کرده ناچار به تغییر برخی از اعداد اعلام شده می باشند. آ
امروز در حالیکه تنها آمار 13 استان منتشر شده شاهد اولین تغییرات دراطلاعات استانهای بیشین بودیم. آ

صفحه ای همانند تصویر زیر مشاهده میکنید که به شما امکان دیدن و دانلود اطلاعات برخی از استانها را میدهد

از اولین روزی که این فایلها در دسترس قرار گرفت من آنها را به ترتیب ذخیره کردم و بالاخره امروز پس از آخرین به روزرسانی شاهد تغییر برخی از آنها بودم. به عنوان نمونه
این فایل استان کرمانشاه ذخیره شده در تاریخ 19-06-2009 از صفحه یاد شده
واین اطلاعات همان استان در تاریخ 21-06-2009

در میان چنین حجم اطلاعاتی پیدا کردن تغییرات کار ساده ای نیست اما به دلیل خواص فایلهای پی دی اف اینکار ساده تر است

بنا بر این اطلاعات این فایل در تاریخ 18-06-2009 ساعت 8:24 صبح ساخته شده است
اگر همین کار را در مورد فایل دوم تکرار کنید خواهید دید که آن فایل در تاریخ 19-06-2009 ساعت 7:17 صبح ساخته شده است

این اطلاعات تنها سرنخی بودند برای تحقیق بیشتر برای پیدا کردن تغییرات و اینجا من به مواردی که با یک نگاه سطحی پیدا کردم اشاره می کنم

کل آرا شهرستان هرسین 12849 گزارش شده

همان صفحه از فایل دوم

کل آرا این شهرستان به عدد 46386 مبدل شده. جستجوی بیشتر نشان می دهد که تقریبا تمام اعداد ستون آخر این شهرستان تغییر یافته

فایلهای استانهای سمنان و یزد نیز تغییر داشتند ولی این تغییر به نظر نمیرسد در اعداد باشد یا حداقل من آنها را پیدا نکردم

من تتها این تغییرات را در آنها می بینم: اعداد فایل اولیه یزد به انگلیسی نوشته شده بودند که به فارسی تغییر یافتند. فایل اولیه استان سمنان محتوای تعداد زیادی جای خالی بود که در فایل دوم آنها با صفر پر شدند

Ahmadinejad's government's goofy mistake in changing numbers!

Since Iranian Ministry of Interior started publishing numbers in details, I was sure that they will get into a lot of problems and will have to change their numbers so many times just to match what they've previously published. I was confident that further they go, more they realize its more than what they could handle. It has been 3 days since they've started publishing them and so far they have only published 13 provinces and guess what, they already made their first round of changes in already-published numbers.

Here is the link to Ministry of Interior's portal. (for some reason they don't allow direct linking to the pages and the link expires so to get the latest published data click on the first link on the homepage.)

As mentioned before at the time of this post there are 13 provinces and at the end of the page it says something like "the data for other provinces will be released as they become available".




Well, I have been saving all the pdf files as they became available from the first day 19-06-2009 till now and in their last update (When they added "Khoozestan") the data for some other provinces (which have been published earlier) have been changed.(as they started to realize some numbers just don't match!)

Here is the original PDF for "Kermanshah".(downloaded 19-06-2009)

And here is the new one for the same province.(downloaded 21-06-2009)

You may not notice the difference at first but thank God, PDF files have their own properties. (I think somebody (probably Mr. or Ms. Rahbarian) will get fired because of not knowing this!)

You can see it yourself, open the first one, right click and click on "Document Properties", here is what you'll get:





It shows the document was created 18/06/2009 8:24 AM by author "rahbarian".

Then open up the second file and do the same thing. (Please note you should close the first dialogue box in order to open the second one!)





Now it shows the document is created "19/06/2009 7:17 AM"

This was only my first step to prove this document has been changed, so I started digging more deeply into it to find some changes and it wasn't hard at all as the change was too big to be ignored! Here is just a couple of things I found:

Page 43, in both documents, I took screenshots (You're welcome to do it yourself if you want):

From the first numbers published:




Total number of votes taken for the city of "Harsin" (not sure how it is pronounced) is 12,849.


From the latest edition:



The same number just jumped up to 46,386. and if you look closely you'll see the whole last column is changed.

The files for "Semnan" and "Yazd" are also changed but they don't seem to be in numbers or at least I couldn't find them. Here are the files:

Semnan: Old File (created 18/06/2009 7:18 PM) - New File (created 19/06/2009 12:43 PM)
Yazd: Old File (created 18/06/2009 8:53 AM) - New File (created 19/06/2009 8:39 AM)

And here is what I found their difference: The numbers in the original file for "Yazd" were written in English and the new file is changed to Farsi. The first file for "Semnan" had plenty of "blank" cells (reminded me of fill-the-blank game!) which have been filled with zeros in the second one.
